An online support service for parents

The Complete parent is a online support service for parents offering easily accessible advice from highly experienced qualified Child Psychologists. It aims to meet the needs of today’s parents by recognising the advantages of online support to fit in with modern family life. Experience of supporting parents over many years has led us to create a service that is easily accessible, flexible and confidential.

Attending appointments at a set location and time can be a challenge when trying to fit this in with work and family demands.

The Complete Parent offers confidential telephone, email or skype support that can be arranged to fit in with you. It offers flexibility to fit in with your schedule.
We aim to respond promptly and give you a structured supportive session that enables you to explore the issues concerning you in confidence. The first ten minutes are free of charge and then a fee will be charged for each half hour. This can follow on from the initial discussion or be arranged for another time.

Following your session you will receive a brief email summarising the points raised and the actions agreed.

You may wish to have a single consultation or a series of sessions over time.

Payment is simple and straightforward and the rate and fees will be discussed with you during your free initial consultation. On some occasions it may be different service you require in which case we will aim to direct you to the appropriate service.
